- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to Thermasolutions, Inc. based on urgency for the intraperitoneal Hyperthermia (IPH) system. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20307.
