Description

The principle components of the work include furnishing and delivering an environmental XRF analyzer. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The only non-price (technical) factor being evaluated is strict adherence to the salient characteristics identified in the specification. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around July 25, 2007, 2007, and offers are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101 on or before Close of Business (COB) August 1, 2007. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 4334517. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The specifications/statement of work and drawings will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Vaschelle LaForge or Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Note: Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
