Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is soliciting proposals from artists in order to select and commission the most appropriate sculpture for the USFWS's Fallen Comrade Memorial located at the National Conservation Training Service. The Government will select three finalists to be eligible for a fee of $4,000 each to create a maquette, or model of their proposed sculpture. After submission of the maquette, interviews and negotiations will be held with each of the finalists and a contract will be awarded based on the maquettes, the interviews, and total negotiated cost. RFP 982107R119 will be available on or about August 1, 2007 and will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. All resposible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. See Note 26.
