- Marine Corp Base Camp, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Onslow County, Jacksonville, NC under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement is to provide animal control services for Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC and satellite installations including Camp Johnson, Camp Geiger, MCAS New River, and Stone Bay. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the Government?s discretion. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Inquiries are due by 2:00 PM, 01 August 2007 via email. Refer to Solicitation M67001 07Q0113.
