- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. A formal solicitation has not yet been developed. The following information is requested to assist the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager, Computer Platforms and Services in conducting market research of industry to identify potential sources that may respond to an upcoming solicitation for like requirements. See the attached document for additional information. Questions regarding this notice should be submitted to christine.kuney@usmc.mil by 16:00 DST on July 26, 2007. Vendor's must indicate in the subject line of the email "RFI/IT Consulting Services". It is the potential offerors? responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopses or solicitations. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Marine Corps to procure these items, to pay for the infor mation requested, or to award on the basis of this sources sought notice.
