- ***Amendment One issued July 24, 2007. Amendment 1 is issued to take the following actions: ***Delete the following three clauses: 552.247-71, Diversion of Shipment Under F.O.B. Destination Contracts (MAR 2000), AND 52.222-43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act--Price Adjustment (Multiple Year and Option Contracts) (NOV2006) (29U.S.C. 206 and 41U.S.C. 351, et seq.), AND C-FSS-443, Amendment of Specifications (APR 1984).*** ***Clause 552.246-70 Source Inspection by Quality Approved Manufacturer (Sep 1999) has changed. Part "d" has changed from 12 months to 6 months. Please see attached word document for clause in its entirety.*** ***There are no other changes. See attached SF 30 and updated clause.*** Solicitation 6FLS-F7-061990-N - FSC 8010 Polyurethane Coatings, will be issued on July 12, 2007. The resultant will be a two year SOP requirements contract with economic price adjustment and three one-year option periods. There are 34 SOP items on this solicitation. All NSNs are in accordance with QPL and military specifications. Delivery will be 45 DARO. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the internet at http://www/fbo/gov Interested offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and submitting an offer to the address specified.
