- Do I understand that you want both input and output in-line load cells? Yes Are there specifications on how you want the software to work and what is to be printed? The software has to have the capability to 1.) set certain shift points at certain rpms set by the National Maintenance Work Requirements on various models of HMMWV transmissions. As well as allow us to 2.) monitor pressure and temperatures during the te sting. 3.) Also be able to save and print information on each piece that is tested. Will there be Base electricians to supply power to the test system or will we need to hire a contractor? Yes, you will need to hire contractor for the power supply hook-up/installation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUL-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
