- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a Sources Sought Notice to help identify sources with the capabilities to perform on an upcoming construction project, titled Mechanical Infrastructure, in support of FEMA's Mount Weather facility, located at 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135. The Mechanical Infrastructure project is CLASSIFIED and requires that the potential offeror hold a Top Secret clearance. In addition, US citizenship of contractor personnel is required to perform under the subsequent contract. The construction requirements for Mechanical Infrastructure will mostly constitute the performance of mechanical (75%), electrical (20%), and miscellaneous (5%) work. The Magnitude of the Construction Project is estimated to be more than $10,000,000.00.
