- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911SA-07-T-0102 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 532120 with the s ize standard of $23.5 million.. CLIN 0001, Leasing of two shower trailers Quantity: 2 Unit: EA Includes: Shower trailer shall have a minimum of 12 shower stalls all to be in one unit (trailer). Shower trailer shall have its own onboard water heating system to be natural gas or propane. Shower trailer shall have a minimum of 1500 gallons of fresh w ater holding capacity and a minimum of 2500 gallons of grey water holding capacity. Shower trailers shall be able to be drained by gravity into a bladder system or direct sewer pipe. Shower trailer shall have aminimum of 6 sinks and mirrors. Shower tra iler shall have the ability to run on single phase power. Shower trailer shall have its own HVAC unit for heating and air conditioning. Shower trails must be delivered to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin by 10 August 2007. Shower trailers will be needed for a peri od of 90 days. Please provide your quote indicating the cost, and please provide the time that your company will be able to make this delivery. All quotes are due by 30 July 2007 at 1600hrs. If the prospec tive awardee for this request for quotes is not registered in the CCR database by the due date/time of this solicitation, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. Prospective contractors shall comp lete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Specifically, 52.212-3 Alt I shall be completed electronically at http://orca .bpn.gov by the solicitation due date to be eligible to receive an award for this solicitation. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INC LUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offerors complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms; unit price per CLIN and extended total prices; DUNS number; and taxpayer identification number (TIN). Also, if quoting on an equal it em, literature clearly showing that the product quoted matches the recommended brand (color, design, and material) must be submitted in order for your quote to be considered.
