Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-07-T-0033 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16. Th is solicitation is set aside 100% for small business; the associated NAICS is 423120 to determine the business size. CLIN0001  74 Each, Air Brake Compressor Parts Kits, Part No. KTABS-939B/A1, fits all M939 Basic and M939A1 Models consisting of general k it, basic stand alone components package and air dryer, NSN 2530-01-539-3579. Each kit must include the following kits in accordance with MWO Modification Work Order No. 9-2320-272-35-1, dated November 1, 2006: Kit 1-KTABS-939SS ABS Base Kit; Kit 3, ABS Ha rness Mounting Hardware; Kit 5  KTBAS-939B/A1; Kit 6B, Air Dryer Heater Mounting Hardware; Kit 9, Air Dryer Inlet Mounting Hardware; Kit 12, Air Dryer Outlet Mounting Hardware; Kit 13, Air Dryer Support Mounting Hardware; Kit 15, Front Axle Mounting Hardw are; Kit 16, Inversion Mounting Hardware; Kit 17, Valve Mounting Hardware; Kit 19, Primary Tank Mounting Hardware; Kit 20 Relay, Front, Mounting Hardware; Kit 21, Relay Rear Mounting Hardware; Kit 23, Sensor & Exciter Mounting Hardware; and Kit 25 Spring B rake Mounting Hardware. Only vendors who provide a kit design for use on the M939 fleet that has been pre-approved by the government for authorized use on the M939 fleet will be considered. Vendors must be prepared to provide proof of pre-approval should the government request such information. The following clauses apply.
