Description
The U.S Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to issue a five year, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Firm Fixed Price Contract for up to two contracts with a reserve for a small business . This acquisition will be full and open competition and will be conducted by way of a Best Value Source Selection. The government intends to procure AN/APR-39A(V) 1, and AN/APR-39A(V) 4, Radar Signal Detecting Sets, Spares and Test Equipment. The purcha sed items will consist of various NSNs associated with the AN/APR-39 family of radar systems. The AN/APR-39A(V)1, and AN/APR-39A(V) 4 are used on all Scout and Attack aircraft (AH-64, AH-1, OH-58) as well as utility (UH-1 MEDEVAC, CH-47, UH-60) and Speci al Operations Aircraft (MH-60, MH-47). First Article Testing Requirements will be included in the solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511. The size standard is having less than 750 employees to be considered a small business. The numb er assigned to this solicitation is W15P7T-07-R-C504. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and the FOB Point is destination. The contractor will be required to have a Secret facility clearance with Secret safeguarding capability limited to two cub ic feet. As each item has its own delivery schedule, packaging requirements, and delivery location they will be indicated within the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or around 10 August 2007 and submission of Proposals are due on or aroun d 10 September 2007. The drawings will be located on the IBOP under Solicitation number W15P7T-07-R-C504 on or about 27 July 2007.
