Description

Request for Quotation, (RFQ), Q6460070010, replace HVAC system at the Truman Farm Home, Harry S Truman National Historic Site, Independence, Missouri. Work to include removal of the Truman Farm Home's furnace, evaporator and condensing unit and installation of a new single geothermal heat pump and all piping, pumps, and fittings necessary to be connected to the Farm Home's exisiting HVAC supply and return ductwork. Estimated cost range: $25,000-$100,000. NAICS code is 238220. An award will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and set-aside for Small Business. The RFQ with attachments will be issued electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 10, 2007. No hard copies will be mailed or issued. A site visit is very highly recommended. The Davis-Bacon Act will apply for the area.
