Description
NASA/LaRC has a requirement for one (1) each Cooke DiCam Pro Ultra Short Exposure, Asynchronous CCD Camera System, or equal, with the following specifications: ? Intensified interline transfer CCD camera with 1280 x 1024 pixels or greater grade zero CCD ? multialkali photocathode with >15% quantum efficiency in 230-290 nm range. ? Ability to acquire two frames with an interframe time of 500 ns or less ? P46 phosphor screen for minimal ghosting after 500 ns delay (takes <400 ns to decay to 10%). ? Gating times <= 3 ns in single-frame acquisition mode ? Gating times <=20 ns in double-frame acquisition mode ? pixel size of 6.7 micron x 6.7 micron or smaller ? pixel full well capacity of 25,000 e- or greater ? digitization of 12 bits or greater ? Nonlinearity of <1% ? Resolution of 60 linepairs /mm or greater ? Vignetting < 3% during optical coupling ? Fiber optic link (greater than 50 m) to connect between camera and computer ? Ability to perform variable binning vertically and horizontally and define a region of interest on chip. ? Asynchronous triggering possible with TTL input/optical input on camera for noisy environment ? Dynamic range (CCD + Intensifier) of 69 or greater ? Readout rate of 12.5 MHz resulting in 8 full frames/second. Region of interest or binning must be able to be used to raise the frame rate to >10 frames/sec. ? Read noise of <7 e- RMS at 12.5 MHz readout rate. ? Cooled CCD to -12 degrees C or lower for dark noise of <= 0.1e-/pix/sec ? Nikon F-mount ? Labview drivers ? Software development kit This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
