Solicitation SPM7L207-R-0177 is a 100% Total HUBZone set-aside for NSN 2540-00-670-2459, Bag, Assembly Pamph, being sought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 11676920 and all related data. This NSN contains one or more components which must meet QPL/QML specificiations. The total quantity required is 42000 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. There is a 100% option for up to 42000 each additional units. FOB Destination is requested. This solicitation is a RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 8/13/2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above website. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your complete name and address. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will based upon a combination of price, past performance and delivery.
