- Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) DE-RP52-07NA28259 on or around 13 AUGUST 2007. This RFP will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561492. The goal of this acquisition is to provide court reporting services to DOE NNSA Service Center Personnel Security Department (PSD). The court reporting services are used during and after administrative review hearings. The Contractor shall transcribe hearing proceedings verbatim and provide copies to the PSD. Work may include either classified or unclassified data. The primary place of performance shall be located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Travel beyond the Albuquerque, NM metro area is required. The Contractor shall be available to travel for administrative hearings held at Los Alamos, NM; Amarillo, TX; Las Vegas, NV; Oakland, CA; Livermore, CA; Oak Ridge, TN; Kansas City, MO; and other destinations upon short notice to conduct classified or unclassified work. It is anticipated that the contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. Award will be made to the Low Price Technically Acceptable offeror in accordance with Section M of the RFP. The Government intends to award without discussions, however this does not preclude entering into discussions if found to be in the best interest of the Government.
