Description

-- Services -- Provide construction services to include: * Site investigation - thorough site work and investigation * As built drawings and specifications * All labor, materials, equipments and supervision to perform work per drawings and secifications. . -- Project Scope -- General. This project will provide a stand alone HVAC system dedicated to cooling dietetics equipment. Major project elements are to construct a new Mechanical Equipment Room (MER) within an existing space now being used for employee fitness and install new cooling equipment. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the work 120 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The contractor will prepare the site and increase the height of grade as shown for installation of the exterior pad mounted equipment. All construction disciplines may be required to complete this project in accordance with specifications. Among these are carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection trades. -- Site Investigations -- EXPECTATION: Contractor will make site visits as necessary to survey existing conditions. Make site visits as required to determine existing as-built conditions affecting this project.
