Description

Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Ave, Boston MA--Furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to perform pest control services for 16 hours per week per campus for the VA Boston Healthcare System at the Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury and Brockton campuses, and to provide pest services on an as needed basis at the Outpatient Clinics at 251 Causeway St, Boston, MA; Lowell MA and the Halfway House on Woodside Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA. Vendor must be licensed by the State of Massachusetts and certified to use restricted use pesticides. The period of performance is a Base Year of 10/1/07 thru 9/30/08 with four option years for a total of five years. The NAIC code for this procurement is 561710 with a size standard of $6.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The issue date for the request for proposals is August 13, 2007 with a bid opening date of September 12, 2007.
