- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for courier of pharmaceuticals and supplies for the Missouri Veterans Home located at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201 and seven (7) Missouri Veterans Homes located in Cape Girardeau, MO, Mexico, MO, Mt. Vernon, MO, St. James, MO, St. Louis, MO, Cameron, MO and Warrensburg, MO. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, vehicles, personnel, fuel, labor, meals, lodging and related items to perform courier services. Contract will be for a base period of one year, October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about July 27, 2007. Due date for receipt of offers is August 27. 2007, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is September 17, 2007.
