- Lackland Air Force Base is seeking PRK Eye Surgery Support Services for Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Texas in strict accordance with Performance Work Statments. Period of Performance is from Approximately 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sept 2008, with four one year options. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This acquisition is 100% set aside as an 8(a) competitive purchase with qualified concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621320 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The entire solicitation (FA3047-07-R-0032) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), FedBizOps website at http://www.fedbizops.gov on or about August 10, 2007.
