- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M32E7190A002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 337215 with a 500 employee?s size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for each item included in this acquisition and shows an extended price for all items. Line item pricing shall include shipping charges. Pricing shall be FOB destination. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. (vi) ITEM 0001: Security Racks, Turnout Gear Storage. Each unit is 76?longX40?deepX79?tall. Each unit is double-sided and has 6 each 24?Wide openings. Openings include Adjustable Helmet Shelf, Adjustable Boot shelf, Utility hooks Hanger rod and have Heavy Duty Powder Coat Finish. Unit is mobile on 4 swivel castors, two of which have foot operated brakes. . Manufacturer: Groves Glass and Stone Storage systems. Ready Rack Model # RRM-6. Brand Name or equal. QUANTITY: 13 Each. ITEM 0002: Security Door for mobile unit openings. Manufacturer: Groves Glass and Stone Storage systems. Ready Rack Model # RD-24. Brand Name or equal. QUANTITY: 78 Each. NOTE: Items to be delivered FOB Destination to: Charleston AFB, SC. Vendors are to submit deliver time with their proposal.
