- This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z1037194A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18 and Defense DCN 20070531. This acquisition will be UNRESTRICTED; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 448320. The business size standard is $6.5 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 8460. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5948. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: Qty, 150 EA, Atlantic Graphite Lite Expandable Upright Suiter (SKU 336-25F). Equipment must meet the following requirements, at a minimum: Black in color, Durable nylon fabric, constructed of a one-piece polycarbonate UNIBODY, less than 12.0 pounds in weight, less than 27 inches height, 3,800 +/- 500 cubic inches capacity, 4,500 +/- 500 cubic inches expanded, elliptical locking handle with comfort grips for easy transport, expandable 2 ? 3? for added capacity, integrated mesh pocket, removable wet pocket, interior fully lined, durable 42 +/- 1? stow-away, soft-grip handle, smooth-quiet wheels for easy maneuverability over multiple surfaces, carry handle to pick up bag, PVC on suitcase bottom for added protection/durability, 20-year or greater warranty. Items must be delivered NLT 30 SEP 07. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
