- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-07-T-0016. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070531. Purchase Fire Simulator Training Aids. Hose Trainer O-100 and Mobile Haz-Mat Tanker Fire Trainer O-100 or equal (1 each). Hazmat Tanker O-100 includes on-site start-up and commissioning by a technician. Includes 1 year limited parts warranty. Portable Car Prop for FireTrainer O-100 or equal (1 each). Dumpster prop for FireTrainer O-100 or equal (1 each). Propane Cylinder prop for FireTrainer O-100 or equal (1 each). Include shipping for all items in proposal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable, low price.
