Description: This notice herein provides the industry questions/comments, with corresponding government responses, in regards to the DRAFT PWS for non-personal information technology services for classified, unclassified and coalition systems for elements of the United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command (Army ) (NETCOM/9th SC(A)), 5th Signal Command/U.S. Army Europe Theater Network Operations Security Center (E-TNOSC) mission and its supported customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including federal holidays. Industry questions/comments, as submitted, were compiled into a list and are herein posted with their direct response. INCUMBENCY NOTICE: The requirements, as listed in this draft PWS, are NOT currently being perfo rmed by an incumbent contractor. There are some services currently being performed at the E-TNOSC, but nothing that measures up to the magnitude as listed in this draft PWS. The acquisition strategy for this new requirement is in no way similar to how E- TNOSC services were acquired in the past. The Government feels there would be no value added to industry to review the minimal contracts in place as those contracts do not accurately depict this new requirement. However, if industry desires to request th is information under FOIA, Ms. Connie Avallone at the 5th Signal Command may be contacted so as to provide the information for the Administrative Contracting Officer of the following contracts: DADW35-01-A-0008, DADW35-01-A-0009, GS-35F-515H and DCA200-02 -D-5010.
