- This notice was previously announced on May 8, 2007 under solicitation W91QF0-07-T-0052. The solicitation number for this project will remain the same, new point of contact for this requirement will be Stacy Ling. The U.S. Army War College Strategic Studies Institute (SSI) has a requirement for electronic publishing, marketing, and management support. SSI conducts research, analysis, publication and strategic communications programs and conferences in support of the Army's senior leaders that benefi t the Army and the Nation. The contractor who becomes the awardee will be expected to assist academic engagement operations in the electronic advertising and management of these functions by planning for and marketing them worldwide and developing methods to simultaneously handle and synthesize the various data generated before, during and after such events. Please see solicitation for the full Performance Work Statement (PWS) and required terms and conditions. The contract will be for one base year and four 1 year option periods.
