This is adjacent to property owned by Tacoma Industrial Properties, 1801 Taylor Way, Tacoma, Wa. 98401. POC i s Mr. Karl Anderson (253) 404-2205. Contractor to use his best judgment as to the procedure in which to completely remove and dispose of the abandoned barge BCM-33 for scrap. Size of barge is approx. 45ft x 180ft. Government will provide letters of Hazard to Navigation Declaration, author izing the removal and disposal as scrap. Also, Government will provide a map description and Right of Entry letter.
