NOTE: THIS IS AN UN FUNDED REQUIREMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Funds Availability: Funds are not currently available for this requirement; however, it is anticipated year-end funds may become available. All quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must rem ain firm through September 30, 2007.
