- Description
- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, on behalf of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, intends to award a modification to an exisiting three month interim contract. The modification is to add funding for existing patent foreign filin g fees accrued during the current period of performance which ends 31-Aug-07. The competitive procurement for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate IDIQ contract is in the evaluation stage and is not expected to be awarded for several weeks. The intent is to make a sole source modification pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document exists. Questions can be directed to the Contract Specialist, Kathryn McCune at kathryn.mccune@us.army.mil. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no responses are received by 6-Aug-07, USAMRAA will proceed with the sole source modification.
