- The US Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office (CCAO), Folsom, CA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for patrol services in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Period of Performance: October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The small business set-aside is under NAICS Code 56162, size standard of $17 million. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure there is no looting or vandalism to government property, and to enforce with authorative presence no fishing, boating or swimming for entire length of canal. Driving the canal road and periodic stops to inspect areas shall be required. Hours of Duty: Approximate. (Less hours after daylight saving time) Weekends: 1 hour after sunset on Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Weekdays: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday through Friday. Total Hours: 55 hours/week. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is on or about August 31, 2007. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
