- The US Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office (CCAO), Folsom, CA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for janitorial services in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Period of Performance: October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The Contractor shall furnish everything necessary to perform the requirements of this contract, including, but not limited to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, insurance, and supervision to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services shall be performed within the overall scope and intervals as identified in Service Schedules. Specific treatment for specific areas will be identified by onsite inspection with the Contracting Officer's Representative. The Contractor shall use Service Schedules and onsite inspection to develop working schedules for approval by the Contracting Officer's Representative. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 7, 2007. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on Annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov.
