Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Request for Quotation for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform asphalt paving at two driveway locations within the boundaries of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The work consists of asphalt paving at two driveways, one in Cuyahoga County and one in Summit County. The total size of both locations combined is approximately 430 square yards. The NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. The estimated price range of this project is less than $25,000. Project performance time will be 15 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656.
