- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis with Daigger & Company to procure various medical supplies as required by the U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit #3. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The FSC Code is 6505. A complete RFQ package will be available on or around July 27, 2007 by downloading the documents at the Neco Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. The prospective awardees must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, exce pt awards to foreign vendors for work to be done outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make the contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ at anytime prior to award.
