Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Number N6112807RC085YA is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 Effective 14 Jun07. SIC code 5021 and NAICS Code 337214 . A written proposal is requested to provide FURNITURES AND INTALLATION, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT. STATEMENT OF WORK: Contractor shall perform delivery and install all furniture, furnishings and equipment for the Fleet and Family Support Center Naval Base Guam Building #104 and Naval Base Guam Building #106 Room #01. Contractor will ensure all procured furniture, furnishings, and equip ment are moved, placed and installed per floor/office layout in Encl 2 and Encl 3. Contractor will provide the necessary manpower/labor, equipment, tools, hardware and transportation required to deliver and install office furniture, training / conference room furniture, waiting room furniture, file room furniture, storage room furniture, other furnishings and equipment for the Fleet and Family Support Center at Naval Base Guam Building #104 and #106. Ensure loveseats and guest chairs for Naval Base Guam Bldg. #104, rooms A104 through A109 will have the same printed fabric upholstery. All wood and trim, laminate or veneer for Naval Base Guam Bldg. #104, Rooms A104 through A109 will be Henna Cherry or comparable finish. All stackable chairs and guest chairs in Naval Base Guam Bldg. #104 will be leg base and not sled base. A Minimum 90 day parts and labor warranty for all furniture, lateral track filing system and equipment. Contractor shall provide the necessary manpowe r, equipment, tools, hardware and transportation to dispose/clean ALL debris/trash generated. A COMPLETE LIST OF REQUIRED FURNITURES, FLOOR PLAN AND LAYOUT WILL BE PROVIDED TO BIDDERS. FOB Destination. DELIVER/SHIP TO: Commander, US Naval Base Guam, Fleet and Family Support Center, N91,BLDG #104 & BLDG #106, Marine Drive, Santa Rita, GU 96915. Required Delivery Date: 9 OCTOBER 2007. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Bidders may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price, (2) Quality, and (3) Delivery. The Government intends to make a Firm-Fixed Price single award contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with t his regulation when submitting your quote. All prospective quoters interested in submitting a proposal for this solicitation shall include their name, address, telephone number, point of contact, fax number, e-mail address and commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Prospective offerors are encourage to register in ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov /. Be advised ALL QUESTIONS MUST be received no later than 2 August 2 007 @ 4:00noon Guam Time. Failure to respond to the RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable on or before closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
