- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) issued a sole source contract SSC-SD J&A No. 04-0022 in January 2004 to SYS, CDM Technologies Inc., TD&S Associates, and L3 Titan to support software engineering, systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation support of the C2TD. This request is to extend only TD&S???s present sole-source contract N66001-04-D-0030, which expires on 31 July 2007, by 18 months. Continued support is needed to finalize the integration effort with the C2TD for current Blue Force Tracking, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection first responders, and Cross-Domain efforts. This effort was not accomplished during the previous extension due to a reprioritization of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Office of Naval Research (ONR) requirements. Only TD&S has the specific experience and background necessary to continue to perform this tasking without significant delay or additional cost.
