- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Delineated Area: City Limits of Harrisburg Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 12,000 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space shall yield 10,300 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten years; five years firm. Expression of interest shall be submitted no later than August 10, 2007 and should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4. Owners name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property 5.
