- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease combined office and warehouse space consisting of approximately 1,185 rentable square feet within the city limits of Cedar City, UT. The warehouse space should yield between 350 and 410 BOMA usable square feet, while the office space should yield between 500 and 550 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for two (2) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
