Description

Description The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Electrosonic Systems, Inc, 10320 Bren Rd E, Minnetonka, MN 55343. DISA intends to award, an other than full and open competition, one year effort for the procurement of the following: One year maintenance and service for the following equipment: Vector Card Cage part numbers ES5950, ES5956, ES5959, ES5916A, ES5950/P to include spare parts. This maintenance also covers Clarity Lion AP/LCD part numbers VI-6750, BP6750. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These items are unique to Electrosonic Systems Inc. No substitution of these services can be accepted. This is a commercial service that will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedures. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Administrative Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
