- NSN 4330-01-027-1434, Filter Element, Fluid. Pressure, disposable with "O" ring. Used on 10 gallon hydraulic fluid dispensing cart. Four (4) exceptions to the drawing 30003, 1207AS130: (1) use ASME B46.1 in lieu of ASA B46.1; (2) use ASME Y14.5M in lieu of USASI Y14.5; (3) Use SAE AS28775 in lieu of AN6227; (4) use CAGE 59165 and part number 4002-03PL. The yearly estimated quantity is 3503; the unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4330. See notes 1, 9, 22 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order contract for which delivery orders may be placed for three (3) years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 7 Aug 07 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1G drawing item. This AMSC code implies that the Government does have sufficient, accurate and legally clear data to purchase part from other than current source. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period two times at the discretion of the Government. Tht total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside and full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
