The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Destination inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6680-00-583-7105, 96 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. This is a critical application item. A subcontracting plan is required. Surge applies. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
