This NSN is fully competitive in accordance with Military/Federal Specifications/Standards and or Voluntary Industry Standards, reference to Section L of the solicitation, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining data. The Contracting Officer: Karen Clements, 804-279-6877. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed buy. The estimated issue date: August 9, 2007 with estimated closing date August 22, 2007. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply and First Article Government Testing is required.
