- Replacement of 17 well water cooling coils and install a new rooftop air conditioner is required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, NE. The cooling coils are located in Buildings #1-24,2-24, and 17-24. Work includes associated piping, valves, fittings, controls, wiring, etc. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $100,000 and $200,000. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about July 27, 2007. Please note this solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business (less than $28.5mil per year average for the last three years) under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
