- Project Title: Park Lake Day Use Construction - The project consists of construction of 3 separate parking areas, 1 overflow parking area, a turn-around, installation of picnic tables and fire rings, installation of government furnished signs, installation of boulders, and construction of short sections of accessible trails. There will be a pre-bid tour of the site on Friday, August 31, 2007, 9:00 a.m. at the Park Lake Campground entrance. Project Location: To access the site, proceed south of Helena approximately 10 miles on I-15 to the Clancy exit. Then travel west on the Lump Gulch Road about 7 miles to the intersection with the Corral Gulch Road, follow the Corral Gulch Road approximately 6 miles west and south to Park Lake. It is recommended that interested parties attend the pre-bid site tour. Government estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately August 17, 2007, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
