- Description
- The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to clarify the dimension for the ramp. The ramp is 5 ft by 60 ft. This construction project of 25 Mile Guard Station Dock and Boathouse, south shore of Lake Chelan, Chelan Ranger District, Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forests, Chelan County, Washington. The purpose of this solicitation is for the construction of a 10 by 40 foot fixed pier, 4 by 60 foot ramp, and 50 by 60 foot floating dock with enclosed boathouse for two boat slips. The work includes demolition of existing structures, new piling installation, fabricate and install a boathouse on concrete floats, install a new fixed pier and ramp connecting to the boathouse. Work will also include a geotechnical, geophysical site investigation analysis for piling installation; moving an existing irrigation pump and reconnecting all utilities to the new facility. A preproposal meeting is scheduled for June 21, 10:00 AM at the project site. The NAICS code for this project is 237990. This requirement is Full and Open Competition however participation from all interested parties is encouraged. The project is estimated to range between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitaiton will be posted in FBO on or about June 12, 2007.
