- The U.S. Dept. of Labor (DOL) Office of Job Corps, intends to award a sole source bridge purchase order to Battelle Memorial Institute of Columbus, OH for continuation of statistical analysis services and support needed to maintain data integrity, Common Measures reporting, and performance-based service contracting for the period August 1, 2007 through August 26, 2007. This bridge actioin is required to assure the continuous availability of Job Corps? performance reporting data systems, monitoring of data integrity, required reporting of Common Measures, and monitoring of data driven performance measures used in performance-based service contracting. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 12 days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, see note 22.
