- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W91LDJ7134D157. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for thi s acquisition is 334290 small business size standard is 750. Line Item 0001: 12 each, MilTrans Voice Response Translator (VRT) or equal. Units to be supplied with: 1. Megaphone attachment, 2. Five year replacement warranty, 3. Laptop computer tools for application development, 4. Unlimited on-site training at no additional cost, 5. Development of customer use applications, 6. Software for all existing applications, 7. Future upgrades to operating system software. Additionally, units to be supplied wi th packing list as follows: 1. laminated graphical training aids (one set of aids attached to megaphone) per delivered application, 2. Video training disk, 3. Megaphone, megaphone microphone, 4. Megaphone batteries, 5. Molle ammo pouch to fit VRT and larg er Blackhawk pouch for unit also to hold VRT with chargers and manual. 6. Line power charger, Vehicle outlet charger, BA 5590 connector charger, 7. Two audio connection cables (one attached to megaphone). 8. Two permanent markers, 9.
