Description

Drinking Tube External, 50,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1087, specification EA-R-1378 and ASTM D3951. Washer Retainer Right, 52,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1056, quality assurance provision QAP5-1-1056 and ASTM D3951. Washer Retainer Left, 52,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1056, quality assurance provision QAP5-1-1056 and ASTM D3951. Voicemitter Retainer, 50,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1011, quality assurance provision QAP5-1-1011 and ASTM D3951. Retaine r Lens Right, 52,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1053, sheets 1-3, quality assurance provision QAP5-1-1053 and ASTM D3951. Retainer Lens Left, 52,000 each in accordance with drawing 5-1-1053, sheets 1-3, quality assurance provision QAP5-1-1053 and ASTM D3951. The type of contract is firm fixed price. Solicitation shall contain an option to purchase up to 100% of initial order quantity for each line item. Government Furnished Property will be provided to awardee. First Article is required 30 d ays after award of contact or 30 days after receipt of government furnished property, whichever is later. The government intends to visit the contractors facility to witness first-article testing. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. Delivery of pr oduction quantity shall be a total of 12,000 monthly of each line item per month until the total order quantity are delivered. Acquisition is being conducted utilizing full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall b e considered by the agency. Some of the technical data under this solicitation contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of restricted data. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement in order to obta in the restricted data. The DLIS Unites States/Canada Joint Certification Lookup service is available via the Internet at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Solicitation will issue on or after 02 August 2007 with a closing date on or after 04 September 2007. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing, via facsimile to 870/540-3730 or via e-mail to ginger.house@us.army.mil. Solicitation number W 911RP-07-R-0031 MUST BE listed in the subject line on all requests. Additionally, provide required DD Form 2345 and company full mailing address, telephone, fax numbers, and email addresses where available should be listed on all requests. The contract resulting from this procurement will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit all technical quest ions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 20 days after issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
