- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) require services for Energy Efficient Concepts for Renovation of Army Barracks , with a period of service through 26 April 08. The work shall include but is not limited to: Identify and est ablish a team of subject experts; select an existing barracks to be renovated; and develop a barracks design with given parameters. The proposed procurement will be awarded on a small business set-aside basis. This award will be a firm fixed price using s implified acquisition procedures. Requests for copies of solicitation W9132T-07-T-0146 will be issued on or about 6 August 07 with a closing date of 13 August 07. Requests for the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Cont racting, Champaign Field Office, Attn: John Akin, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
