Description

This serves as a sources sought notice to locate qualified sources for the procurement of a truck mounted, hydraulic driven conveyor unit that will fit a standand dump truck body with a maximum of 96 inches outside width of the dump truck body and able to function independently of the truck's dump bed. The conveyor unit shall be able to operate hot asphalt, aggregate, and have a belt width of 16 inches. This unit shall be equipped with the following accessories: 1) a control valve mounted on the rear of the unit to control flow rate and direction of material; 2) a manual left and right adjustable side gates with a 16 inches by 16 inches opening; 3) hydraulically powered leveling attachment to level windrow; 4) removable legs for easy storage; 5) an installed auxiliary stop/turn/park lights on rear of unit with a 7 pole plug to connect to the existing truck's trailer socket. Interested sources are invited to submit an affirmative response to this announcement in writing or email. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist.
