Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a delivery under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-06-G-0014 in support of minor configuration change to the GFE O-Level Test Sets. This order shall upgrade approximately eighty-five GFE O-Level Test Sets. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Alliant TechSystems, Integrated Systems Division, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 because they are the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the AAR-47 Sensor Stimulator design to allow them to perform these efforts in a timely and cost effective manner.
