- Description
- The Government is seeking sources to provide Preventive Maintenance in conjunction with relative accuracy testing Audit. The contractor shall perform the services to provide component and system preventative maintenance in accordance with the ?Maintenance Check Sheets? listed in the appendix of the corresponding Operation Manual for three (3) Lighthawk 560 Opacity Monitors, three (3) SM8100A SW0x/Nox Analyzers and three (LS420 Ox Analyzers and three (3) Kurz 455Jr Flowmeters. The contractor shall supply the services to perform Visible Emission (Opacity) Monitor Performance Audit in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation, 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix B. Audit shall include performance testing of installed opacity monitors, three (3) point check of the monitors using NIST traceable filters and a service report using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The FSC code is J044 and the NAICS code is 811310. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request For Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
