- The purpose of this modification is to answer questions received from potential offerors and delete the requirement for secret facility clearance and secret storage capabilities as stated in the synopsis. However, prior to award of the contract, the successful contractor will be required to have personnel available with DoD granted personnel security clearances commensurate with level of access required for performance of contract. Question 1: Are you able to provide if there is an incumbent for Solicitation #N00173-07-R-SC05? If so, provide the contractor name and contract number. Answers 1: Contractor Name: Praxis, Inc, 2200 Mill Road, 5th Floor, Alexandria, VA 22314, Contract Number: N00173-04-C-2027. Question 2: What are the security requirements for the individual contracting company? Answer 2: The security requirements for the individual contracting company will be provided with the request for proposal. Question 3: What are the contracting companies security requirements? Is secret facility status required prior to award of contract? Answer 3: See answer to question 2. Question 4: This solicitation states it is an engineering research and development project. Is there a minimum qualification expected for the contracting firm in terms of experience/expertise? (ex. Masters, Phd, Electrical Engineering, DSP experience, RF, Antenna, etc.) Answer 4: The minimum qualifications expected will be provided with the request for proposal.
